Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervising junior staff and ensuring adherence to rules and policies within the section/department/facility
  • •Maintaining inventory of material supplies and equipment for performance of duties
  • •Reporting shortages to supervisor and coordinating replenishments
  • •Undertaking full comprehensive assessment of patients and formulating individualized management and treatment plans
  • •Developing discharge plans and maintaining accurate records and statistics

Key Requirements

  • •NLT 2 years post graduate experience as an Occupational Therapist in relevant experience with patients with same diagnosis seen in acute care hospital or Rehab Facilities
  • •Experience working with patients with same diagnosis in acute care or rehab facilities
  • •Ability to work under supervision of a senior occupational therapist
  • •Commitment to safety, quality, and CPD/CME requirements for re-licensing
  • •Willingness to travel with patients for treatment as required (in and out of UAE)
