Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and coordinate global installation resources across business units and regions to support forecasted and committed demand.
  • •Analyze installation schedules and forecast data to identify resource gaps, risks, or conflicts and drive mitigation actions.
  • •Maintain high data accuracy and governance across internal planning systems to align with milestones and sequencing requirements.
  • •Review automated scheduler outputs and manage planning exceptions using customized SAP applications, including manual overrides and allocation adjustments.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities, resolve planning constraints, track/report metrics, and manage installation escalation communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • •Experience in planning, operations coordination, resource management, or program support in a manufacturing, service, or operations environment.

  • •Strong analytical skills to interpret complex operational data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
