Key Requirements

  • •Be in your junior year of a Bachelors program or in your 1st year of a Masters program (2nd year if the program is 3 years).
  • •Major or concentration in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Labor Relations, Organizational Development, or a relevant major.
  • •Be willing to be geographically mobile during and after the internship with roles across the United States.
  • •Be available to work a 12-week internship in summer 2026.
  • •In good academic standing.
