  • •Ensure supplier compliance with prime contract terms, FAR/DFARS flow-downs, and company policy.
  • •Manage subcontract scope, funding, delivery schedules, and changes/modifications.
  • •Review supplier proposals for completeness, accuracy, compliance, and alignment with prime contract requirements.
