Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a large portion of one Ashby product and deliver features end-to-end, including researching competitors, writing product specs, and implementing solutions.
  • •Collaborate with product, design, and other engineers to ensure alignment and high-quality delivery in a low-meeting environment.
  • •Design wireframes and UI/UX concepts to translate requirements into tangible features.
  • •Build scalable, maintainable components and abstractions that can be reused across the stack.
  • •Contribute to product strategy by providing feedback based on user research and data.
