Provide front-line customer service and conduct in-person ticket sales at the box office using Ticketmaster systems for events in the Quebec area. You’ll work with Archtics and TM Host to support day-of-event operations, handle cash and credit transactions, and organize will-call ticket distribution. This flexible, part-time seasonal role supports a busy ticketing team and requires bilingual communication and comfort working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
