Partner with third-party vendors, prepare closing fees and payments, collaborate with adjacent operations teams, and relay feedback to the Spruce workflow and platform enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and SMS communications to customers, clients, and transaction stakeholders.
•Manage the real estate closing pipeline in partnership with Closers and operational stakeholders to support smooth, on-time closings.
•Review purchase contracts across multiple states and upload relevant information to transaction files.
•Coordinate third-party vendors and gather and deliver necessary information to buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders in preparation for closing.
•Assist with preparation of closing fees and documents, including calculating recording fees and title charges, processing invoices, and ensuring county and state document package requirements.

•Extensive customer service experience working within or adjacent to real estate transactions.
•Title and escrow experience at a national scale.

•Ability to accurately prepare and review financial and settlement documentation while learning and adhering to county, state, and regulatory requirements.
