Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure intercompany accounting transactions and processes comply with applicable IR policies.
  • •Perform AP and AR intercompany reconciliations, including invoice reconciliation, GRNI analyses, and managing automated and manual AR invoice processing.
  • •Manage EMEIA and NA intercompany balance sheet and P&L, reconciling results against HFM consolidation outputs.
  • •Support monthly close and regional reporting by maintaining accuracy of GL and sub-ledger accounts and meeting timelines.
  • •Coordinate reviews and automation initiatives; support internal and external audit requirements including SOX test work and remediation of compliance issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
