Own end-to-end recruiting as the company’s first talent hire: partner with leadership to define hiring needs, run full-cycle searches across specialized and leadership roles, and coordinate interviews to deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Build and grow a pipeline through sourcing, networking, events, and outreach, while setting up and tracking recruiting funnel metrics to hit hiring goals. Also represent the company externally as the primary point of contact for prospective hires.
