Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete two rotations across different Legal teams over a 2-year programme to build breadth and readiness for future leadership roles.
  • •Develop judgement and strengthen analytical thinking by translating legal and regulatory requirements into practical guidance for the business.
  • •Work on areas including ethics, compliance, anti-corruption, sanctions, anti-money laundering, and conflicts of interest.
  • •Support risk identification, policy interpretation, investigations, and issue analysis to guide remediation planning.
  • •Gain exposure to intellectual property topics such as patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyright, and join cross-functional project work.

Key Requirements

  • •Be a graduate or soon-to-be graduate on track for a 2:1 degree or equivalent in Law, Legal Studies, Business, Compliance, Intellectual Property, or a related discipline.
  • •Demonstrate ambition and openness to learning through hands-on, lab-based work and real innovation projects.
  • •Be fluent in English and ideally another language.
  • •Show interest in science, technology, and using data, digital tools, and AI thoughtfully to improve product development and testing.
  • •Be eligible to work permanently in Europe and be open to travel and relocation as part of the programme.
