Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out hands-on statutory inspections of lifts and cranes/LEV equipment.
  • •Provide expert opinions to help clients comply with relevant legislation and required standards.
  • •Report inspection outcomes using a rugged laptop and issue reports electronically to clients.
  • •Represent Zurich Engineering and broker/develop relationships with clients within your geographic area.
  • •Work across a variety of environments and manage your own diary while maintaining your work/life balance.

Salary: GBP 65,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experienced engineer with a sound knowledge of your engineering discipline and the ability to provide expert engineering judgements.
  • •Level 3 minimum engineering qualification (training offered up to Level 4 such as HND/HNC).
  • •Time-served or Modern Apprenticeship experience in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • •Inspection & test qualification (C&G 2391-52 or equivalent).
  • •Full valid UK driving licence and willingness/ability to work paid overtime.
