Job Summary

Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads, understand enterprise customer pain points, and craft technical solutions that deliver business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

•Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify customer pain points, and create technical solutions that drive business results.
•Lead enterprise engagements end-to-end from pre-sales solutioning to project implementation, including demos, presentations, RFI/RFP, architecture workshops, and POC delivery.
•Act as a trusted advisor internally, collaborating with product teams and articulating feature requests to influence the product roadmap.
•Provide thought leadership and industry knowledge with deep understanding across multiple cloud and ML products.
•Maintain post-sales solution support and drive upsell/cross-sell with Account Executives.

Key Requirements

•Engineering Bachelor’s degree and above.
•At least 3 years of related work experience, preferably as a solution architect or pre-sales solution engineer.
•Demonstrated strong strategic thinking and analytical skills through discussion of relevant past projects.
•Product experience with genAI solutions such as AI agents, LLMs, and RAG.
•Basic to advanced AI and ML knowledge.
