Job Summary

Develop next-generation low-end enterprise and small business networking switches for simplified, cloud-connected edge networks. Key Responsibilities

•Specify technical product documentation and lead reviews.
•Architect system block diagrams with major networking ASIC suppliers.
•Design networking switches end-to-end: schematics/layout review, bring-up, troubleshooting, design validation, and build yield bring-up with ODM/JDM partners.
•Collaborate with product management and software platform teams to develop next-generation product definitions.
•Partner cross-functionally (ID/ME/Compliance/SCM) through NPI phases and triage, debug, and root-cause major customer issues during sustaining.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 152,400 - 221,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelors degree with 7+ years related experience, or Masters with 4+ years, or PhD with 1+ year; equivalent related experience.
•Some previous supervisory or team lead experience is required.
•Prior experience with multi-gigabit Ethernet and Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) technology.
•Experience with schematics/layout, hardware bring-up, troubleshooting, and system-level testing.
•Experience working with software teams on system bring-up/porting and device configuration at the registers level.
