Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in the design and documentation of plumbing systems (domestic water, sanitary, storm, natural gas, and specialty piping).
  • •Perform engineering calculations, equipment sizing, and system evaluations under guidance of senior engineers.
  • •Develop plumbing layouts, riser diagrams, schedules, specifications, and construction documents.
  • •Coordinate plumbing designs with mechanical, electrical, fire protection, structural, and architectural disciplines.
  • •Support project development through construction administration, including site visits and review of RFIs/submittals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Plumbing Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • •1-3 years of relevant plumbing engineering experience supporting building systems projects.
  • •Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire.
  • •Familiarity with plumbing design principles, codes, and standards.
  • •Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
