Key Responsibilities

•Plan and lead large-scale technical projects that lay the foundation for iterative early-product development and scaling.
•Develop robust, efficient backend technology products serving massive user bases.
•Lead and improve system design and architecture to ensure high stability, performance, and reliability.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work in rapid product development cycles.
•Contribute to engineering strategy, tooling, processes, and culture to improve R&D quality, efficiency, and experience.

Key Requirements

•Proficient in at least one of Go, Python, Java, or C++.
•Experience building scalable, highly available, distributed, mission-critical systems.
•Deep understanding of computer architecture, data structures, and algorithms.
•In-depth knowledge of common databases and messaging frameworks such as MySQL, Redis, and Kafka.
•Able to work closely with diverse stakeholders with strong communication skills, and demonstrate self-driven, cooperative learning mindset.
