Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and lead large-scale technical projects that lay the foundation for iterative early-product development and scaling.
  • •Develop robust, efficient backend technology products serving massive user bases.
  • •Lead and improve system design and architecture to ensure high stability, performance, and reliability.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work in rapid product development cycles.
  • •Contribute to engineering strategy, tooling, processes, and culture to improve R&D quality, efficiency, and experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient in at least one of Go, Python, Java, or C++.
  • •Experience building scalable, highly available, distributed, mission-critical systems.
  • •Deep understanding of computer architecture, data structures, and algorithms.
  • •In-depth knowledge of common databases and messaging frameworks such as MySQL, Redis, and Kafka.
  • •Able to work closely with diverse stakeholders with strong communication skills, and demonstrate self-driven, cooperative learning mindset.
