Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, architecture, development, deployment, and support of enterprise automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • •Define automation strategy, standards, governance, and best practices within an Automation Center of Excellence (CoE).
  • •Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and build automation roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
  • •Drive intelligent automation initiatives using AI, machine learning, document understanding, conversational AI, and related technologies.
  • •Manage the automation lifecycle (requirements, assessment, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support), including API integrations and platform upgrades/governance compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
  • •8+ years of experience in Automation, Software Engineering, Digital Transformation, or Intelligent Automation.
  • •5+ years hands-on experience with UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • •Strong knowledge of automation architecture, governance, and enterprise integration patterns, including API-based integrations.
  • •Experience implementing AI-enabled automation and process mining platforms, with proven leadership collaborating with global stakeholders.
