Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, acquire, and grow profitable long-term relationships with EAM and MFO clients in Switzerland, with Geneva preferred (or Zürich).
  • •Grow revenues and assets by increasing Assets Under Management (AUM) and generating net new money (NNM) across the portfolio.
  • •Drive performance against targets for revenue generation, product alignment, customer satisfaction, and cost containment.
  • •Originate new opportunities via referrals from existing clients and the wider network across EAM/MFO segments.
  • •Manage risk and controls through relationship management with strong risk assessment, ensuring credit quality, compliance, and timely closure of audit/regulatory points.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep understanding of relationship management experience in the banking sector with EAM/MFO client segments, including experience originating and serving region-based entities.
  • •Proven track record developing business, assets growth, and revenue generation, including delivering New to Bank (NTB) growth.
  • •Excellent commercial and negotiation skills, with strong commercial judgement to build business cases and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • •Ability to provide strong financial and statistical analysis and demonstrate understanding of financial markets and products.
  • •Strong knowledge of the Swiss banking and regulatory environment and experience in client relationship management and sales/business development initiatives.
