Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate on a 24/7 shift basis on all or part of the mission control system, covering elements of the ground and space segments.
  • •Configure and test the operational system to support ongoing operations.
  • •Apply approved contingency and emergency procedures to correct ground or space segment anomalies and ensure spacecraft safety and continuity of service.
  • •Participate in operations-related activities such as small system developments and procedure development or maintenance when requested.
  • •Work within the mission control team to support reliable satellite mission operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working with computer systems and strong PC literacy.
