Job Summary

Lead multidisciplinary land development and municipal infrastructure projects from concept through detailed design and construction. Build client relationships across municipal, industrial, development, transportation, and public-sector stakeholders while guiding technical decisions through approvals and delivery. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, quality, and risk, collaborate with specialists across disciplines, and use digital delivery best practices. Mentor engineers and designers and support business growth across Sudbury and Northern Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering land development and municipal infrastructure projects from concept planning through detailed design and construction.
•Provide strategic technical guidance and build trusted relationships with municipal, industrial, development, transportation, and public-sector clients.
•Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, quality, and risk management to drive project success.
•Navigate municipal approvals and regulatory processes to move projects from vision to reality.
•Mentor and develop engineers and designers while collaborating with transportation, environmental, planning, geotechnical, and water resources specialists to deliver integrated solutions.

Key Requirements

•10-15+ years of progressive experience delivering land development and municipal engineering projects within Ontario.
•Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario with experience working with municipalities, agencies, and regulatory stakeholders.
•Strong understanding of Ontario land development, municipal servicing, and development approvals processes.
•Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D in multidisciplinary project environments.
•Proven experience leading project teams, managing client relationships, and delivering successful project outcomes.
