Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering land development and municipal infrastructure projects from concept planning through detailed design and construction.
  • •Provide strategic technical guidance and build trusted relationships with municipal, industrial, development, transportation, and public-sector clients.
  • •Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, quality, and risk management to drive project success.
  • •Navigate municipal approvals and regulatory processes to move projects from vision to reality.
  • •Mentor and develop engineers and designers while collaborating with transportation, environmental, planning, geotechnical, and water resources specialists to deliver integrated solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •10-15+ years of progressive experience delivering land development and municipal engineering projects within Ontario.
  • •Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario with experience working with municipalities, agencies, and regulatory stakeholders.
  • •Strong understanding of Ontario land development, municipal servicing, and development approvals processes.
  • •Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D in multidisciplinary project environments.
  • •Proven experience leading project teams, managing client relationships, and delivering successful project outcomes.
