Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow daily production plans and schedules to achieve output targets.
  • •Produce intermediate and finished products in line with customer specifications and company standards.
  • •Accurately weigh, sieve, blend and mix ingredients following recipes and work instructions.
  • •Operate production and mixing equipment safely and efficiently, completing production paperwork and check sheets.
  • •Maintain product traceability and perform CCP checks, washout procedures, and quality controls, monitoring safety, quality, authenticity and food safety throughout production.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in a manufacturing, food production, mixing or warehouse environment is desirable but not essential.
  • •Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.

  • •Good numeracy and literacy skills with a flexible approach to work across production areas.
