Key Responsibilities

•Define radar system requirements, design architectures and algorithms, and collaborate with software development teams to ensure proper implementation.
•Analyze radar system performance data with respect to requirements and identify performance deficiencies.
•Propose solutions and prototype new algorithms to enhance system performance.
•Present plans, designs and system performance to peers, internal leadership and external customers.
•Provide subject matter expertise to agile software development teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
•Experience with Matlab, C/C++, Java, or DOORS.
•Experience with systems analysis, algorithms, requirements development, and/or signal processing techniques.
•U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance; active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain interim clearance is required.
•Onsite role in Woburn, MA.
