Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage project management activities for multiple real estate projects from planning through closeout, including design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Work with clients to define scope, delivery resources, cost estimates and budgets, schedules and milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Conduct complex RFPs and bid evaluations and recommend project delivery resources to clients.
  • •Facilitate development of project charters and integrated timelines; ensure functions stay on schedule and resolve or escalate issues.
  • •Lead meetings to review project status for active and pending projects and guide project teams through implementation and completion.

Key Requirements

  • •Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
  • •Healthcare client and/or pharmacy fulfilment/packing client experience is beneficial.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with MS Project or similar project management software; Smartsheet experience is beneficial.
  • •Strong organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset and ability to develop innovative methods for complex problems.
