Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
  • •Develop and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract quality talent across multiple functions and locations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •At least 3 years of talent acquisition experience with end-to-end recruiting ownership, plus at least 2 years supporting recruitment across SEA markets.
  • •Proven success in candidate sourcing, talent mapping, and building talent pipelines.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • •Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
