Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and maintain process equipment and building utilities across BIW shops.
  • •Establish or adjust work schedules to meet production requirements and enforce process compliance.
  • •Plan, establish, schedule, execute, and document preventive maintenance (PM) and modernization/continuous improvement activities.
  • •Maintain spare parts inventory or lead-time system; generate reports and corrective measures for incidents to reduce future failures.
  • •Coordinate preventive maintenance with maintenance planners, direct contractors/vendors, support commissioning of new systems, and enforce safety/EHS training.

Key Requirements
