Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, test, and deploy prognostic and advanced diagnostic algorithms for industrial control valves and associated equipment
•Collaborate with a diverse team of Engineers, Data Scientists, SMEs and Collaborators to create and integrate prognostics solutions into systems
•Analyze and interpret data from sensors, diagnostics, and maintenance records to identify failure modes, trends, and anomalies
•Create algorithms to detect fault conditions and determine remaining useful life (RUL) of the system based on sensor data and degradation models
•Determine the optimal type, number, and location of sensors for the system based on objectives and constraints

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics or in any applicable field
•5+ years relevant industry experience
•Experience with developing and applying prognostic algorithms and models for complex systems and components (physics-based, data-driven, and hybrid)
•Experience collaborating with diverse global work groups
•Ability to create and validate dynamic models of physical systems using tools such as MATLAB and Simulink
