Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, test, and deploy prognostic and advanced diagnostic algorithms for industrial control valves and associated equipment
  • •Collaborate with a diverse team of Engineers, Data Scientists, SMEs and Collaborators to create and integrate prognostics solutions into systems
  • •Analyze and interpret data from sensors, diagnostics, and maintenance records to identify failure modes, trends, and anomalies
  • •Create algorithms to detect fault conditions and determine remaining useful life (RUL) of the system based on sensor data and degradation models
  • •Determine the optimal type, number, and location of sensors for the system based on objectives and constraints

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics or in any applicable field
  • •5+ years relevant industry experience
  • •Experience with developing and applying prognostic algorithms and models for complex systems and components (physics-based, data-driven, and hybrid)
  • •Experience collaborating with diverse global work groups
  • •Ability to create and validate dynamic models of physical systems using tools such as MATLAB and Simulink
