Job Summary

Support the PET category team by driving end-to-end business case creation and analyzing purchase quotations for PET goods and services. Extract and validate data from systems such as SAP, GSTT, and related platforms to produce KPIs, cost models, and updated pricing/price sheets. Assist RFQ processes, manage alternate material qualification milestones, support supplier selection and contract refresh cycles, and ensure compliance across procurement activities.

•Assist the PET Category Manager and Global PET Director with procurement activities for PET goods and services.
•Conduct analytical evaluations of multiple quotations and support total cost of ownership (TCO) reduction and supply security.
•Extract, analyze, and report system data to provide visibility into GSTT project pipelines and maintain KPIs/scorecards.
•Keep PET price sheets up to date with index-related information and coordinate pricing updates with Commercial Finance to support BDR process.
•Support PET RFQ processes and alternate material qualification milestones by collecting data, reporting progress to stakeholders, and generating required reports.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Decision Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
•1–3 years of work experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or a relevant function, preferably in a global manufacturing company.
•Strong computer skills with knowledge of SAP systems.
•Excellent Excel skills and strong skills in PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Power BI.
•Ability to extract, query, and analyze data from systems (e.g., SAP, GSTT, GSDB) and turn it into actionable insights and KPIs.
