Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle day-to-day client interactions by establishing, documenting, maintaining, and servicing the relationship, including deposit accounts, wealth and investment management accounts, and consumer lending and mortgages.
  • •Work with clients and/or Wealth Advisors to gather applicant and financial information and other documentation for new accounts and loan servicing requests.
  • •Service customers by providing detailed account information and building rapport.
  • •Identify, research, analyze, and resolve complex account problems.
  • •Conduct proactive monthly client outreach and participate in Calling Days while adhering to policies and managing risk.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma.
  • •2 years of customer service experience in banking or Wealth & Investment Financial Services experience.
  • •Proficiency with the Microsoft suite when supporting the Wealth Advisor role.
  • •Notary Public.
  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred.
