Key Responsibilities

•Handle day-to-day client interactions by establishing, documenting, maintaining, and servicing the relationship, including deposit accounts, wealth and investment management accounts, and consumer lending and mortgages.
•Work with clients and/or Wealth Advisors to gather applicant and financial information and other documentation for new accounts and loan servicing requests.
•Service customers by providing detailed account information and building rapport.
•Identify, research, analyze, and resolve complex account problems.
•Conduct proactive monthly client outreach and participate in Calling Days while adhering to policies and managing risk.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma.
•2 years of customer service experience in banking or Wealth & Investment Financial Services experience.
•Proficiency with the Microsoft suite when supporting the Wealth Advisor role.
•Notary Public.
•Bachelor’s degree preferred.
