•Build and grow the QA Video direction for embedded/hardware products.
•Formulate and implement testing strategies and quality assurance processes.
•Plan and control the full testing lifecycle of Video devices; lead exploratory testing initiatives.
•Conduct experimental testing design, methodology development, and results analysis.
•Collaborate with other R&D teams to ensure cross-team quality and issue localization.
