Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve Sika’s Salesforce security posture across all Salesforce orgs.
  • •Analyze the current Salesforce security setup, propose improvements, and support regional and global implementation.
  • •Proactively monitor Salesforce security-related changes and threats.
  • •Proactively analyze the Salesforce threat landscape and propose actions.
  • •Configure Salesforce Event Monitoring for proactive threat protection and forensic investigations, and support investigations when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in Information Technology.
  • •1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer.
  • •Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management approaches.
  • •Proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong analytical thinking skills.
  • •Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus.
