Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide regular and ad-hoc financial analysis for your area, identifying drivers, risks, and opportunities and delivering robust commentary for decision-making.
  • •Manage forecasting, planning, and reporting processes to ensure alignment with customer and global requirements.
  • •Drive best-practice sharing, global standard setting, and harmonisation across responsibility areas, coordinating with other CFO colleagues.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to improve business understanding and enhance or streamline reporting processes.
  • •Coordinate global financial reporting and planning processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and participation in required projects and initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in financial services or management consulting, ideally with property and casualty insurance or reinsurance experience.
  • •Master’s degree or excellent tertiary qualification in a related field (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics) or equivalent experience.
  • •Proven ability to plan and manage performance reporting, conducting detailed analysis of financial results.
  • •Strong finance and insurance knowledge, including understanding insurance group consolidation and legal vs management views.
  • •Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with reporting tool knowledge such as SAP as an advantage.
