Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure, image, and stage network devices, servers, and peripheral equipment for deployment readiness.
  • •Install operating systems, software applications, security tools, and updates; validate hardware/software functionality.
  • •Receive, inspect, inventory, and maintain accurate asset records, tracking equipment movement from receipt through deployment and return.
  • •Prepare deployment kits and shipments, coordinate logistics, and verify shipping documentation and chain-of-custody records.
  • •Follow staging procedures and security requirements, perform system testing/QA checks, and escalate unresolved technical issues as needed.
