Key Responsibilities

•Verify incidents and resolve them in a timely manner, preparing assistance reports for potential disciplinary actions or staff evaluations.
•Perform detailed roulette wheel and system analysis to detect deviations and ensure gameplay integrity.
•Conduct routine and advanced testing of online surveillance software, identifying bugs and collaborating with QA and developers to ensure system accuracy.
•Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and logs documenting activities, incidents, and testing results for transparency and record-keeping.
•Monitor premises and online platforms for suspicious activity, ensuring security and seamless operation of video monitoring consoles and devices.
