Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with DOC Managers, SAO Project Managers, and Construction Managers to ensure program deliverables are executed.
  • •Serve as the technical point of contact for program-level escalations and support DOCs with technical requirements, procurement, scheduling logistics, and troubleshooting.
  • •Develop and deploy commissioning procedures, Method of Procedure (MOP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and playbooks for operational consistency.
  • •Manage warranty campaigns, including tracking, resolution, and reporting, and ensure adherence to safety processes and electrical standards.
  • •Support operational readiness by forecasting upcoming projects, communicating resource needs, and coordinating plans and timelines for site mobilization.
Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 113,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Minimum of 7 years of experience testing, troubleshooting, evaluating or servicing electrical distribution and/or control systems.
  • •Must reside within a 50-mile radius of an international airport; no relocation is being offered.
  • •3 years of experience in project or program management.
  • •PMP or Commissioning Agent Certification.
