Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage product life cycles from entry to exit and drive productivity of stock movements related to delivery receiving and transfers.
  • •Implement, maintain, and ensure adherence to Heart of House and stockroom layout standards.
  • •Execute store operations with a focus on product and consumer service in line with brand image while maximizing merchandise flow to the sales floor.
  • •Oversee accurate stock movement records (IC processes or Omnichannel) and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and controlled adjustments.
  • •Lead and train the BOH team, manage performance using the Company Performance system (#MyBest), and support regular trainings and refreshers on BOH policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Matric certification.
  • •Minimum 5 years work experience in a sports/fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment with advanced process knowledge and comprehensive stock management and logistics experience.
  • •Minimum 2+ years experience in a BOH Specialist role.
  • •Intermediate numeracy and literacy with advanced verbal communication skills.
  • •Stockroom management or people management experience is mandatory.
