Job Summary

Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to support operations at a fast-growing AI workspace for employee benefits. •Support major product launches and strategic initiatives, including pre-release QA/testing and maintaining demo environments and accounts.

•Coordinate cross-functional projects by tracking timelines, action items, stakeholder communication, and status updates.
•Maintain and improve internal processes, workflows, documentation, knowledge bases, and internal tools.
