Job Summary

Lead and mentor office installation teams (5–10 direct reports) while supporting the Operations/Installation Manager as a field change agent. Coordinate and manage AV/audiovisual installation activities, including outsourced subcontract work, pre-installation site surveys, and quality control during and after commissioning. Read schematics and blueprints, demonstrate installation tasks (cable pulling/termination, equipment mounting), escalate and resolve field issues, and travel to customer job sites to improve communication, execution, and efficiency.
