Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to meeting store sales and profit targets by owning KPI and individual performance targets and using store resources to exceed them.
  • •Deliver brand customer service standards and act as a brand ambassador by consistently demonstrating brand attitude and values.
  • •Execute visual merchandising and in-store communication standards, and process merchandise deliveries and replenishment for the full store assortment on the sales floor.
  • •Complete cash register transactions quickly and accurately and minimize loss in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
  • •Adhere to policies and procedures, perform all store operations safely and efficiently, and complete required training while seeking coaching.

Key Requirements

  • •High school education is required.
  • •Preferably 6 months of retail experience in a sports/fashion, customer- and commercial-focused environment.
  • •Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
  • •Ability to execute brand customer service standards consistently.
  • •Ability to complete applicable training programs and apply learning on the job.
