Job Summary

Drive local sourcing and procurement initiatives for Pandora’s LATAM cluster, executing projects from business case through contract, leading RFP/RFQ ownership, and using spend analytics to negotiate supplier agreements. Partner with local stakeholders and cross-functional teams to transform procurement into “Buying as One Pandora,” improve savings and profitability, and ensure compliance, risk management, and supplier accountability across multiple markets from Panama City.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and execute a portfolio of local procurement and sourcing projects from early business case through signed contracts, leading savings pipelines and supplier negotiations.
•Run RFP and RFQ events end-to-end, maintaining effective communication and ownership throughout the process.
•Lead local supplier relationship identification, negotiation, selection, and management while ensuring adherence to global sourcing processes, policies, and frameworks.
•Drive procurement strategy implementation locally across diverse categories, including store construction, store operations-related services, local marketing, and indirect services.
•Collaborate with sustainability, legal, and finance teams to support emissions reduction initiatives, contracting templates and compliance, and validated savings/cost management.

Key Requirements

•1-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a retail environment.
•Experience working in a regional or market branch of a global corporation.
•Knowledge of procurement processes including tendering/negotiations, contracting, supplier management, and spend analytics.
•High-level communication skills to influence senior stakeholders, work cross-functionally, and align global and local procurement efforts.
•Ability to identify and mitigate compliance and financial risks, manage supplier onboarding and due diligence.
