Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead agile delivery by running day-to-day team planning, alignment meetings, demos, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • •Translate features into user stories with acceptance criteria, and define/own DoR and DoD before signing off on accepted deliverables.
  • •Develop release plans by overseeing capacity, monitoring delivery velocity, and tracking delivery metrics in Jira.
  • •Shield implementation teams by running operational interference to protect them from ad-hoc change requests and shifting priorities.
  • •Manage risks and dependencies by solving roadblocks, mitigating risks before product releases, and coordinating with stakeholders and integration partners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 109,900 - 125,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Agile Delivery Lead managing software development teams in banking or payments.
  • •At least 2 years of experience with API testing tools and JIRA.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
  • •4+ years in technical project management for API-driven architectures, including API security/protocol familiarity and experience analyzing API logs, error codes, and network traces (preferred).
