M&A Business Partner (Health Services)

Partner with the Health Services business unit to support M&A valuation, transactions, and integrations. Build and manage P&L valuation models and forecasts, coordinate cross-functional finance and business inputs, and evaluate due diligence findings. Benchmark financial KPIs and assumptions, assess impacts on budgets and return on capital, and lead transaction accounting support across acquisitions, divestments, and capital injections. Prepare analyses, disclosures, and post-transaction reporting for decision-making.
