•Lead cross-LoB strategies with regional leaders to foster innovation and local product development.
•Oversee underwriting governance, compliance with corporate and regulatory standards, and rollout of pricing tools.
•Lead and develop regional underwriting teams and maintain strong broker and client relationships as the market face.

Key Requirements

•More than 10 years of underwriting management experience with strong broker relationships and local market presence.
•Proven track record of profitable growth and leading teams in complex global underwriting environments.
•Master's Degree in Economics, Law, or a related discipline; professional insurance qualifications (e.g., CII) preferred.
•Excellent risk assessment and pricing knowledge, contract drafting proficiency, and strong analytical abilities.
•Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with ability to drive regional strategy and cross-LoB collaboration.
