Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage annual, quarterly, and ad hoc budget planning for the global digital marketing organization, including tracking and visibility into media investments.
  • •Own the quarterly accrual process across digital marketing channels, regions, and agency partners, including validation and submission to Finance deadlines.
  • •Lead reconciliations across budgets, media platform spend, agency reporting, purchase orders, invoices, accruals, and internal financial systems; resolve discrepancies.
  • •Manage agency financial operations, including purchase order opening/tracking, invoice validation, fee/media spend tracking, and payment-related issues.
  • •Serve as a financial operations partner to Paid Media Managers, Finance, and marketing stakeholders; communicate deadlines, changes, and reporting expectations and support close/reporting activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in finance, financial operations, accounting, budget management, media finance, or a related discipline.
  • •Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, accruals, purchase orders, invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • •Experience managing complex financial processes involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, budgets, or cost centers.
  • •Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and reconcile multiple financial data sources.
  • •Advanced proficiency with Excel (or equivalent financial analysis tools).
