•Analyze labor data, trends, and employment practices across Fever’s global operations to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and compliance.
•Support Fever’s international expansion by assessing labor-related requirements and helping implement employment frameworks in new markets.
•Lead and contribute to labor relations projects, including policy implementation, process improvements, and employee relations initiatives.
•Monitor and manage sensitive labor matters, ensuring transparent communication and alignment between employees, management, and key stakeholders.
•Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employment-related matters, labor agreements, and workplace policies across multiple countries.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Law, Labor Relations or a related field.
•2+ years of experience in labor relations, employment law or a similar role, preferably within an international company or law firm.
•Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and employee relations practices.
•Experience supporting international workforces and navigating multi-country employment frameworks is highly valued.
•Fluent in English (C1 level or higher). Additional languages are a plus.
