Own the growth roadmap for Fever’s expansion across Brazil, defining the business model and partner portfolio. Lead strategic initiatives that translate proprietary data and technology into actionable business cases and improved CAC, LTV, and ROI. Serve as a lead advisor to top strategic partners, optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows, and collaborate closely with regional stakeholders to align local marketing and technology needs with Fever’s global capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead the business plan for key Brazil expansion areas and partners, including initiatives that impact product prioritization and localized revenue optimization.
•Act as a lead advisor to strategic partners, using Fever’s proprietary data and technology to help partners succeed and grow.
•Turn complex data into actionable business cases and take full accountability for key business metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI).
•Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows to keep operations lean and capable as markets scale.
•Collaborate with regional stakeholders (Country and Regional General Managers) to build local marketing and technology business cases within Fever’s global capabilities.

Key Requirements

•At least 4-5 years in an analytical business role with experience in strategy consulting, fast-growing startups, or investment banking, and a track record of leading complex projects that deliver measurable growth.
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
•Ability to leverage data to make strategic business decisions and craft convincing narratives for senior stakeholders.
•Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to manage, influence, and align diverse stakeholders across cultures.
•Fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus, with proficiency in SQL, Python, or R preferred.
