Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with strategic customers to understand AI strategy, objectives, and business-critical challenges, and shape problem-solution fit.
  • •Prototype and validate AI solutions in customer hackathons using cutting-edge AI technologies.
  • •Support agentic process transformation by enabling ROI from AI deployments at scale using the Celonis PI platform.
  • •Execute end-to-end proof-of-value projects, including architecture and delivery of secure, scalable LLM/agent systems with RAG, tools, and guardrails.
  • •Drive successful project outcomes by staying involved until agreed value and adoption thresholds are reached.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years leading technical pre-sales, defining AI roadmaps, building ROI/TCO business cases, and prototyping ML/generative AI solutions.
  • •Understand generative AI techniques including RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, and/or fine-tuning.
  • •Translate high-level business process needs (e.g., supply chain or finance) into specific AI use cases.
  • •Strong knowledge of Python and common ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch) plus data engineering tools and technologies.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in CS/engineering/math or related field preferred.
