Job Summary

Manage full-cycle recruiting for staff through leadership-level roles across multiple Visa business units. Design and execute talent acquisition strategies, advise hiring managers on interview evaluation criteria and candidate assessment, and run offer, reference checks, and salary recommendations. Partner with corporate talent acquisition teams, improve recruiting processes, ensure compliance with audit/regulatory/legal requirements, and deliver high customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant recruiting work experience with a bachelor’s degree (or 2+ years with an advanced degree; or 0 years with a PhD).
•Preferred: 6+ years with a bachelor’s degree (or 4+ years with an advanced degree; or up to 3 years with a PhD).
•Knowledge of Canadian employment laws and labor standards to support compliant recruiting and hiring practices across Canada.
•Ability to advise hiring managers on candidate selection, offer processes, employment classifications, and workplace compliance considerations.
•Excellent verbal and written communication, plus strong negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
