Key Responsibilities

  • •Work safely on plant electrical circuits (480V, 277V, 120V, 24V) and maintain reliability of high-speed manufacturing equipment.
  • •Install, program, and troubleshoot AC/DC drives and servo drives, including PowerFlex 525/755, Stratix switches, motor starters/overloads, and push button controls.
  • •Maintain and program Allen Bradley controllers using troubleshooting with laptop-based diagnostic software; support PlantPAX interface and HMI development.
  • •Perform maintenance on high-speed packaging equipment (Krones labelers, MBF Fillers, Standard Knapp packers) and related instrumentation and machinery.
  • •Maintain building switchgears, transformers, and emergency power systems while ensuring compliance with municipal regulations, NEC, and company safety standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold an Electrician Journeyman’s License, a state license, or equivalent military/college technical training (or equivalent experience).
  • •Have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
  • •Proficiency reading electrical schematics and blueprints, with strong basic math skills for electrical calculations.
  • •Demonstrate proven experience locating electrical faults quickly in a high-pressure environment.
  • •Adhere strictly to safety requirements including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) and PPE, and be able to work all shifts, holidays, and weekends as needed.
