Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the company’s tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and diagnose issues using real-time data.
  • •Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems using independent judgment.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders).
  • •Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment and be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred).
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts; when required, travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance and maintain a clean service vehicle.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Must have superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High School diploma; trade school certificate preferred; experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred.
  • •Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and pass a 10-panel drug screen.
