Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide clients in designing, implementing, and optimizing service capture strategies to drive compliance and revenue recovery.
  • •Lead consulting engagements to improve revenue integrity and operational performance across hospitals, health systems, and physician enterprises, including EHR transition initiatives (e.g., Epic).
  • •Develop and manage comprehensive project workplans to keep engagements on schedule, milestones on track, and projects completed successfully.
  • •Oversee client deliverables (executive presentations, analytical work products, financial opportunity assessments, and implementation materials) with QA for accuracy and executive-level quality.
  • •Evaluate clinical workflows, charge entry practices, and billing compliance processes using data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
  • •5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience including service capture, CDM, coding, billing, and reimbursement processes.
  • •Deep understanding of service capture workflows across inpatient, outpatient, and professional services.
  • •Proven consulting experience delivering healthcare revenue cycle projects, including hands-on experience with Epic and reimbursement methodologies (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, DRG).
  • •Leadership experience plus proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
