Key Responsibilities

•Guide clients in designing, implementing, and optimizing service capture strategies to drive compliance and revenue recovery.
•Lead consulting engagements to improve revenue integrity and operational performance across hospitals, health systems, and physician enterprises, including EHR transition initiatives (e.g., Epic).
•Develop and manage comprehensive project workplans to keep engagements on schedule, milestones on track, and projects completed successfully.
•Oversee client deliverables (executive presentations, analytical work products, financial opportunity assessments, and implementation materials) with QA for accuracy and executive-level quality.
•Evaluate clinical workflows, charge entry practices, and billing compliance processes using data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 185,000 annually

•Bachelor’s degree required.
•5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience including service capture, CDM, coding, billing, and reimbursement processes.
•Deep understanding of service capture workflows across inpatient, outpatient, and professional services.
•Proven consulting experience delivering healthcare revenue cycle projects, including hands-on experience with Epic and reimbursement methodologies (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, DRG).
•Leadership experience plus proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
