Program Manager, EMERGE (Early Career Talent)

Own end-to-end program management for early career talent, partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a high-quality EMERGE experience. Lead execution of early career programs, design and continuously evolve the learning curriculum and development pathways, and build training/support materials. Manage timelines, trackers, communications, and operational processes, measure ROI, drive continuous improvements, and coordinate university and external partner relationships, including events and travel logistics.
